Do you really design and manufacture all the pieces at your premises?

Yes, all pieces are carefully designed and made at our premises in Taradell (Barcelona) to ensure high quality standards. Take a look here


How can I take care of my products?

Clean the wood with a soft dry cloth and gently brush or vacuum the fiber.


Who are the Purr Purr Pals?

The Purr Purr Pals are Molly and Panxita, our cats and partners in this project.
They love to sleep, eat, play, purr and write descriptions for the products.

They also like to help other cats that have not been as lucky as them, so we collaborate with local charities giving them 1% of our profit.

What if I want to bulk buy or distribute your products?

If you want to become a trade partner, please contact us, we will be happy to work with you.

What happens if I want to withdraw and return an item?

You have the right to withdraw a product until 14 days of receivement.
The transport costs from your home back to our premises are at your expense.
The product cannot be used or damaged and has to be sent in its original packaging.

And if I receive a product that is damaged by transport?

The first thing you should do if you receive an order with a damaged box is not to accept the package. The transport company will send it back to us and we will send a replacement immediately.

If you accepted the order with the damaged package but haven’t opened the box, please send us pictures of the damage so we can show them to the transport company and get them to pick it up and bring a replacement immediately.

If you received an order with a damaged box and opened it, we won’t be able to cover the replacement because it cannot be proven that the damage was made during transport.

So please, check the packages when they arrive and if you have any doubts please contact us. Also, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


And if I receive a faulty product?

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please read our legal guarantee and claim section for more information and how to proceed.


What happens if my pet doesn't want to play with its new toy?

Pets, especially cats take a while to get used to new stuff. In this case, we advice to put the new item in a well ventilated area (never outside) so it loses it's "manufacturing smell".
Also, if you play with your pet using the product it is more likely that he/she will start to like it.


What happens if I didn't find the answer to my questions?
