Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options so the price of shipping has a flat rate of 15,00 € inside the EU.

For orders of 200,00 € (VAT excluded) and more the shipping is free within the EU.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24/48 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our facilities to the destination. Delivery within the EU usually takes about 5-7 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship retail and wholesale only within the EU. However, if you want to buy our products outside the EU, please contact us so we can offer you a tailored service.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Halcyon Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The first thing you should do if you receive an order with a damaged box is not to accept the package. The transport company will send it back to us and we will send a replacement immediately.

If you accepted the order with the damaged package but haven’t opened the box, please send us pictures of the damage so we can show them to the transport company and get them to pick it up and bring a replacement immediately.

If you received an order with a damaged box and opened it, we won’t be able to cover the replacement because it cannot be proven that the damage was made during transport.

So please, check the packages when they arrive and if you have any doubts please contact us. Also, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Payment policy

In our webshop you can safely shop 24 hours a day. The payment platform we use to securely purchase is Pay Pal, however, if you don't have a Pay Pal Account you can also use a debit or credit card as a guest on their platform.
