Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement in writing (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
You may also use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery when purchased (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion and/or premature expiration of the right to withdraw
The product has to be returned in its original packaging and the instructions, screws and all other complements must be included.
If the product is returned in a worn or deteriorated state due to scratches, damp, forced assembly, stains, damage, etc., when the customer exercises their right to withdraw, Halcyon Home shall not refund the money.
Do not return the goods freight forward, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of maximum 14 of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In the case of acceptance of the return, the reimbursement can take up to 10 days to reach your bank account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by transport
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will have to inform you.
Instructions for withdrawal and return of a product
1. Read carefully our withdrawal policy (stated above)
2. Fill in the return form beneath or contact us via e-mail or phone.
3. Hand over or send the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50,00 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that the above information is not a precondition for effectively exercising your right to cancel.
